Return Process

  Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping labels.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components back into their original boxes to ensure safe transit and avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your items are packed, we will help you coordinate a convenient pickup time with our specialized freight partners for large furniture sets.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
